I founded RevSpark™ Media in 2014. Today, I lead sales, strategy and partnerships for a performance marketing agency serving healthcare practices, compounding pharmacies and multi location franchise systems.

Most agencies hand you a lead and call it a win. We own the whole thing, from the ad click through to somebody actually showing up. That means our own booking team rather than a handoff, because the follow-up is where most marketing quietly dies.

Healthcare practices, compounding pharmacies, and multi location franchise systems. Territory exclusivity, so we work with one client per market per vertical and your competitor cannot hire us.

A clearer view.
A better decision.

ConversionSignal brings customer acquisition and location reporting into one view. The focus is whether the records support a comparison, where follow-up needs attention and which decision an operator should make next.

A useful network view starts with consistent definitions at the location level. The illustration shows the decision process, including when a comparison should be held until the underlying records can support it.

A network view needs comparable records.

Before comparing locations, check that each one records the same appointment outcomes.

Your business.
Your first AI hire.

FirstHire brings a company’s knowledge, processes and voice into an AI employee. The business identity comes first: how its best people sound, what they know and where a person needs to take over.

Riley is the AI employee shown in this walkthrough. The scripted example illustrates a conversation and a handoff to a person. No messages or appointments are sent.

A direction for AI.
Grounded in the work.

I am opening select advisory engagements based on the systems I have been building in my own business. We can explore where AI fits, which tools are worth considering and what to build first.

For companies that need ongoing direction, a fractional Chief AI Officer engagement could cover priorities, tool evaluation and implementation oversight within an agreed scope.
